At least five(5) U.S.J.I./F.J.I. members are required before a club may be chartered

You may charter a club by completing the following Club Registration Form

The instructor MUST be a certified coach or teacher from USJI, USJF, or USJA.
Please send a copy of the proof.

The instructor MUST a USJI, USJF, or USJA Background Check done within 4 years.

Club Charters are valid from the 1st of January until the 31st of December of the chartered year

Club Chartering Fees are as follows:

$25.00 made payable to U.S.J.I.

$10.00 made payable to F.J.I.
